We're seeking an exceptional Art Director to lead the creative direction for new categories within a leading global client's portfolio. You'll navigate a challenging yet rewarding landscape, guiding the creation of designs that are not only aesthetically compelling but also adhere meticulously to strict regulatory frameworks.

What You'll Drive:

  • Creative Vision & Strategy: Lead the artistic direction and development of compelling visual identities, brand guidelines, and campaign aesthetics for new product categories across all touchpoints (packaging, digital platforms, retail environments, product visuals, marketing communications).
  • Regulatory Navigation & Compliance: Expertly guide creative solutions within complex regulatory frameworks, transforming potential constraints into innovative and impactful visual opportunities.
  • Brand Storytelling: Partner with copywriters to craft persuasive visual narratives that communicate product innovation and benefits effectively, ensuring responsible messaging for adult audiences.
  • Market & Trend Foresight: Continuously monitor design trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes within new product sectors, proactively integrating fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Art Direction Leadership: 5+ years of Art Direction experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house team, with a strong focus on product innovation, technology brands, consumer electronics, or regulated FMCG categories.
  • Portfolio of Impact: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and flawless execution across various digital and physical platforms.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus points for 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Keyshot) or UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Detail-Oriented & Adaptive: Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, resilient approach to complex, evolving challenges in a dynamic environment.
