This is a remote position. Aroflo Service Administrator (AU Trade & Construction - Permanent AU Dayshift, WFH/Remote Philippines) Company background: HVAC Tasks: email, invoices, following up of invoices, quoting Working hours: 9-5PM VIC target start date: Sept 21 VA Rate : $8/Hour, 30 hours a week (Negotiable) JOB DESCRIPTION: Purpose: The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support. This position is responsible for supporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities. The role is integral to the success of the business. Qualifications: ● Must have a relevant experience in Administrative support ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Highly organized with good attention to detail ● Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes ● Ability to work autonomously and as a team member ● Good report writing skills ● Background on minute taking ● Tech Savvy ● Proficiency on Microsoft office ● Experience working for an HVAC business is a PLUS ● Experience in AROFLO or similar tool Duties and Responsibilities: ● Admin tasks like handling paperworks ● Answering phone calls ● Manage email bookings and calendar updates ● Tracking purchase orders in Excel ● Creating power point presentations ● Report writing ● File management ● Creating documentation (e.g SOP, safety documentation) ● Answers emails in a timely manner ● Create and maintain filing systems ● Respond to service enquiries and requests ● Ad hoc admin tasks
