The AMO Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. They coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage standardized processes with some flexibility, and provide technical guidance. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and adapting to client needs within contractual frameworks.

  • Works closely with personnel from the business unit to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues.

  • Acts as the primary liaison between production teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Oversees the implementation of standardized production control processes.

  • Ensures compliance with established procedures while allowing flexibility for team members to adapt methods as needed.

  • Provides guidance and support to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement.

  • Supervises daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance.

  • Offers coaching and technical support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.

  • Encourages a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Manages interactions with designated clients based on predefined contracts and service frameworks.

  • Exercises discretion to adapt to client needs within agreed-upon limits, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Participates in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting.

  • Analyzesproduction data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Minimum5+ years’ experience inworkshop supervision ideally within the oil & gas industry

  • Demonstratedleadership and personal discipline in performing all assigned tasks toensure product quality and safe operation for all employees.

  • Full understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risksassociated with one or more of the plant processing areas.

  • Knowledge of required transactionsperformedin manufacturing database.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to operate all plant equipment.

  • Knowledgeof products and understanding of QC analysis to recommend adjustments
