About the Role

*Open to Casual and Full-Time positions.

*Base Rate: $42 per hour.

*Must have Cat H

* $3,000.00 (gross) Sign on Bonus (payable after passing Company six (6) months' probation)

As an Armed Security Officer with our team, you’ll be entrusted with high-value responsibilities in dynamic settings - from schools and aged care to high-security facilities. Roster 4 days on / 4 days off (day & night shifts, Mon–Sun rotation)

What You’ll Bring (Essential Credentials)

• Cert II in Security Operations
• Statements of Attainment: CPPSEC3101, CPPSEC3102, CPPSEC3103
• Statement of Attainment: CPPSEC3114 – Control security risk situations using firearms
• Statement of Attainment: CPPSEC3116 – Carry, operate & maintain semi-automatic pistols for security purposes
• Current NSW Security Licence with 1A–1F, 1H categories
• Current Advanced First Aid Certificate (HLTAID014)
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current Working With Children Check – Have or willing to obtain.
• Current Police Check

What You’ll Do

• Deploy your armed security expertise in critical environments – including infrastructure, educational campuses and aged care sites.
• Conduct vigilant foot-patrols and maintain a strong visible presence to deter unlawful or suspicious activity.
• Respond decisively and professionally to incidents, escalate when required and restore safety.
• Produce clear and timely incident and activity reports for management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, site staff and members of the public - delivering excellent customer service alongside security.
• Uphold the highest standard of personal presentation, discipline and conduct at all times.
• Embrace our ongoing training program – including firearms range sessions, scenario-based drills, refresher training and professional development - ensuring you’re always at the top of your game.
• Flexibly work a 4x4 roster across day and night shifts (Monday to Sunday) ensuring coverage for our critical operations.
