Job Description

At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

The Sales Engineering Senior Manager is an expert-level individual contributor who helps prospective customers evaluate, integrate, and realize business value from Arity’s mobile experiences and performance marketing solutions. The role requires a business-savvy technical leader with hands-on experience in mobile application development and API-based data integration. This individual leads customer discovery, translates business objectives into solution architecture, and demonstrates how Arity products can create measurable value through our mobile SDK, API, and data-driven platform integrations. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, the Expert Sales Engineer influences product direction, technical strategy, and go-to-market execution through technical expertise, customer insight, and quantified value assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Arity’s mobile SDK product and UI kits, integration of processes like real time bidding (RTB) models, consumer data pre-fill, and integration into Arity’s and other performance marketing platforms; evaluate customer business goals, operating processes, technical architecture and integration needs to qualify product fit.

  • Be an inquisitive listener eager to challenge organizations to think differently and adopt new ideas.

  • Lead complex technical discovery engagements to understand customer objectives, business processes, technology ecosystems, implementation requirements, and success measures.

  • Design solution architectures that use Arity products, APIs and data assets to address customer business challenges, and clearly communicate technical trade-offs, dependencies and recommended approaches.

  • Assess gaps and opportunities in product features, API capabilities and integration patterns based on market demand; partner with product and engineering to prioritize the work with the greatest customer and business value.

  • Assess gaps and opportunities in product marketing, including business-value messaging, technical enablement and API integration guidance, and help prioritize the work needed to support market adoption.

  • Partner with business development representatives on strategic opportunities, leading technical discovery, solution design, feasibility assessment and value articulation from qualification through customer decision.

  • Act as a technical thought leader through customer workshops, industry conferences, webinars and market-facing presentations based on the individual’s industry expertise.
