About the Team
The role sits within Procurement – Supplier & Contract Management (S&CM), a global function responsible for sourcing, supplier relationships, contract lifecycle management and commercial governance across WTW.
The Supplier & Contract Management (S&CM) team partners closely with regional and global Procurement Category Managers across the United Kingdom, United States and Europe to enable effective contract management, renewal governance, savings delivery and risk mitigation.
The team plays a key role in ensuring contracts are well‑managed, compliant and aligned to WTW’s sourcing and commercial strategy while supporting continuous improvement across Procurement processes.
About the Role
The Ariba Contracts Support Analyst is responsible for supporting contract lifecycle and renewal activities using SAP Ariba Contracts Management, with a primary focus on contract renewals, particularly within Information Technology (IT) spend, and exposure to non‑IT categories as required.
The role requires a solid understanding of contract renewal processes, basic contract and legal principles, and the ability to manage multiple contract renewals in a structured and disciplined manner. The successful candidate will also support Procurement Category Managers with sourcing plans, renewal governance, reporting and identification of consolidation or leverage opportunities.
This role involves extensive stakeholder interaction across geographies and requires strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
