Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for communication and network equipment, primarily serving ISP customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, perform equipment maintenance, deliver on-site customer support, and work closely with customers to ensure high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for communication and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related technical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on communication equipment.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications, Networking, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in Technical Support, Field Service, Network Support, or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of communication and networking equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting network or communication equipment.
• ISP industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with PON/GPON/EPON or optical network equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and visit customer sites.
• English proficiency is required.
