Será responsable de ejecutar y dar soporte a las operaciones administrativas del depósito, asegurando la correcta gestión y trazabilidad de materiales. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se incluyen el procesamiento de reservas en SAP, la gestión de transfer postings y transferencias de materiales, así como la generación y control de guías y remitos. Asimismo, será responsable de la gestión de despachos MT y el armado de pedidos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos establecidos.
El rol también implica el análisis de datos en SAP y el soporte en la ejecución y seguimiento de conteos cíclicos, contribuyendo a la exactitud del inventario. Adicionalmente, deberá gestionar el archivo documental, armado de carpetas operativas y el seguimiento y control de la documentación de materiales. Brindará soporte administrativo en procesos de exportación y en la solicitud de EPP a través de la plataforma Ariba, así como en la compra y seguimiento de insumos necesarios para la operación. Posición de modalidad presencial en base de Canal V, Neuquén, jornada de L a V de 8 a 17 hs.
