We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to support a US-based startup building scalable digital products and internal systems.
This role involves working across backend services, third-party integrations, and frontend application development. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end, collaborating with product and design teams, and adapting to different technical needs as the product evolves.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models
Develop and integrate third-party APIs and internal services
Implement frontend features and UI components
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug, test, and optimize application performance
Support document generation or workflow automation when required
Participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts
Maintain technical documentation for systems and features
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency
Frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Tailwind, Shadcn/UI, or similar)
Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar)
APIs and integrations (REST, GraphQL)
Databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, or similar)
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab)
Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar)
3–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-leaning engineering roles
At least 3–5 years of freelancing or remote contractor experience
Strong experience building APIs, integrations, and backend services
Comfortable contributing to frontend applications
Experience with relational databases and data modeling
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or C2 level)
Strong ownership, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Monday to Friday, overlapping with US business hours
