VISUAL MERCHANDISER MANAGER

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Deliver an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by executing visual standards.
  • Drive commercial excellence through strong visual and commercial curation.
  • Leverage trend awareness to implement impactful in-store presentations that drive sales.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the VM team to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Collaborate closely with the store team to ensure visual execution aligns with guidelines.
  • Translate trends into relevant and commercial in-store presentations.
  • Upskill and coach team members to continuously strengthen capabilities.
  • Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach and work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Act as a role model by living H&M’s leadership principles and values.

VISUAL STYLIST

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Deliver a strong OMNI customer experience through inspiring visual and commercial execution.
  • Execute visual merchandising and styling based on commercial calendar, guidelines, and store needs.
  • Drive sales by identifying and prioritizing visual and commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards in garment care, stock levels, and in-store presentation.
  • Contribute to store planning, campaign execution, and KPI follow-up.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the store and OMNI journey.
  • Collaborate with Store Management and Area teams to align on visual and commercial priorities.
  • Implement visual standards, campaigns, and sales activities with quality and on time.
  • Maintain store environment (lighting, fixtures, display forms) according to brand guidelines.
  • Use fashion knowledge (color, silhouette, fabric, trends) to create inspiring styling and presentations.
  • Coach and support team members in styling, product presentation, and trend awareness.
  • Ensure operational routines, OMNI processes, and safety standards are consistently followed.
