Our national workspace teams provide a proactive and professional workspace management service to The Guinness Partnership.
We have a new opportunity for an Area Workspace Manager to join the Guinness team. This is an agile role, your time will be split between on‑site visits across the South, office-based work in the central London office, and some home working as required.
As an Area Workspace Manager, you will be responsible for managing workspace across the South region, completing audits to ensure compliance and management of sites. You will lead planning and delivery of workspace projects (refurbishments, compliance works) and monitor workspace usage, providing monthly updates and insights. You will oversee regular risk assessments across all workspace areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards while proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
