At Diesel Italia, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Area Visual Merchandiser, to be placed within our European Organization based in Milan.

You will be in charge of the planning, execution and maintaining of windows, styling, merchandising and the general store environment across the stores in Italy. You will ensure that the Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines are executed in a modern and innovative way combining creativity and commerciality to allow our customers to experience the Diesel brand first hand across the stores.

Your presence in the field will be essential to promote a unique customer experience and ensure full alignment with brand identity and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the execution of window displays, styling and visual concepts in line with global guide­lines brand expectations.
  • Monthly planning, instalment and refresh of windows mannequin looks and instore VM and product launches.
  • Monitoring the assigned network through regular visits and remote support.
  • Apply HQ and Local VM directives as well as reactivity actions according to store needs.
  • Partner closely with Retail Managers and Store teams to maximize commercial performance and support sales growth.
  • Support on seasonal showroom setup and press days.
  • Drive and train stores teams on VM standards, providing continuous feedback to the VM manager and HQ on own duties.
  • Active role in store openings and refurbishments.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an Area Visual Merchandising role in a structured retail company.
  • Excellent creative and design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for the brand and ability to serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude, open to feedback and willing to grow in a young and dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Availability to travel 4 days per week.

Compensation & Level:

  • CCNL Commercio, Livello 3°- 2°
  • Salary range (gross annual): €33.000 - €40.000
  • Company Bonus: €1.600 - €2.100

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
