WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Area Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring, engaging, and commercially competitive customer experience across multiple stores by applying visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Working closely with Store Managers, Visual teams, and Sales Market partners, you will contribute to the implementation of commercial concepts, the development of team capabilities, and the achievement of sales targets, ensuring a consistent brand presentation throughout your area of responsibility. You will:

• Drive excellent visual and commercial execution across multiple stores, with the goal of optimizing customer experience and sales performance.
• Ensure the implementation of global Visual Merchandising guidelines, seasonal updates, and standards defined in the Commercial Handbook.
• Train and develop in-store Visual teams, strengthening their capabilities and promoting consistency in execution.
• Support commercial planning and collaborate with store teams to deliver impactful campaigns and effective local commercial activities.
• Plan and optimize Visual Merchandising activities, including layouts, styling, store presentations, and product sample coordination.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, and visual maintenance projects across your assigned area.
• Monitor fashion trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to ensure stores remain commercially relevant and inspiring.
• Collaborate with Sales Market stakeholders to maintain brand standards and ensure aligned, consistent execution across all stores.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Store Managers, in-store Visual teams, Area teams, and Sales Market partners across Commercial, Sales, and Operations functions to ensure strong, consistent, and aligned visual execution throughout your assigned stores.

• Creating visually inspiring and commercially competitive retail environments.
• Using your Visual Merchandising expertise, styling skills, and knowledge of fashion trends to support commercial performance.
• Training, coaching, and developing Visual teams to deliver consistent execution and an excellent customer experience.
• Translating global brand guidelines into effective and relevant solutions for the stores within your area of responsibility.
• Managing multiple priorities, projects, and activities simultaneously through strong organizational and planning skills.
• Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and aligned execution.
• Supporting store development activities such as new openings, refurbishments, and seasonal campaign implementations.
• Maintaining high visual presentation standards and promoting the responsible use of Visual Merchandising materials.

In addition, you are able to:

• Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with a strong focus on commercial results.
• Apply a structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and execution.
• Influence stakeholders, provide clear direction, and foster collaboration across stores and teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from €35.056,84. The final offer will be determined based on professional experience, skills, and specific qualifications.

This is a full-time, permanent role. This position is offered on a local contract based in our Support Office Milan - Via Turati 9.
