We are seeking a high-impact leader with drive, strategic vision, and channel expertise to unlock the full potential of our Data & Application, Security Products portfolio across ANZ.
Based in our Barangaroo office in Sydney on Gadigal land or our Melbourne Central office on Wurundjeri land, this role will own the commercial strategy and drive the growth of Thales’s data and application product suite as part of our Cyber Security Products division.
The Role
This is a standout opportunity for a sales leader to grow market presence and turn opportunity into results across ANZ.
With the strength of the Thales brand, established customer relationships, and strong market potential, the foundations for success are already in place. We are looking for someone with the energy, strategic focus, and channel expertise to unlock growth across the portfolio.
You will lead a motivated team and work closely with regional leadership, marketing, and product management to drive local sales strategy, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and build a strong pipeline for sustained success.
On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:
A track record in enterprise IT sales, underpinned by selling experience of Information Security solutions such as application security, encryption, data protection, or key management.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within enterprise, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, with strong relationships and credibility at the senior level.
Experienced in building and leading high-performing sales teams, setting ambitious targets, developing talent, and fostering a culture of success.
Skilled in working with channel partners, energising collaborations, managing joint pipelines, and delivering results together.
Comfortable working in global environments, able to navigate resources and align diverse stakeholders behind regional goals.
