As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How you create impact

• Support daily Sea Logistics operations by helping teams follow standard processes across Export, Import and Finance.
• Act as the go-to person for systems and process questions (BPA, BAM, SeaLOG).
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to make operations more efficient.
• Deliver training sessions and support users on system updates and process changes.
• Monitor data quality and work with teams to correct issues and improve performance.
• Support testing and rollout of new system releases and ensure users are properly trained.
• Contribute to reporting and help teams use data to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards (QSHE).

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in Sea Logistics operations (Import and/or Export).
• Good understanding of forwarding systems and processes.
• Experience participating in projects or system implementations.
• Ability to train others and explain processes in a clear way.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Logistics, Business or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Around 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or operations.
