Drive business growth across sales, profitability, market share, and market penetration for assigned accounts/territory. This role demands strategic planning, resource management, and execution of long‑term sales initiatives, backed by market intelligence and customer engagement.
Sales Growth Deliver territorial sales budgets, profit, and market share objectives through effective execution of Sales & Marketing Plans and expense control.
Distributor & Agent Relations Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors/agents; ensure regular engagement and support.
Market Intelligence Monitor competition, analyze trends, and provide timely feedback to strengthen market positioning.
Promotions & Launches Organize promotional campaigns for end users and intermediaries; lead successful new product launches.
Customer Engagement Ensure regular customer visits, timely order fulfillment, and ethical achievement of targets.
Tender Management Identify tender/rate contract opportunities and drive follow‑up with the sales team.
Operational Excellence Coordinate with field staff for timely submission of claims, warranty, AMC/CMC documents, and communicate special schemes.
Team Leadership Monitor and guide sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy with Master’s in Marketing OR MBA.
8–10 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry; preference for Coronary, Peripheral Vascular, Cardiovascular, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional radiology, Cath Lab.
Strong communication skills in English and local language; ability to interact with hospital personnel, physicians, and management at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office and PC‑based software; demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools (Web, Email, CRM).
Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
