What We Expect

  • Creating and executing tailored business and customer plans to meet area-specific dynamics.
  • Performance evaluations, and development initiatives to build a passionate and high-performing team.
  • Setting annual business targets (KPIs) aligned with our strategies, analyzing outcomes, and implementing impactful actions.
  • Developing and managing distributor business plans to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola İçecek’s high standards.
  • Optimizing Key Account Portfolios to deliver results within the business plan framework.
  • Monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and guiding senior management with actionable insights.
  • Continuously improving processes for sustainable growth and sharing best practices.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Minimum of 2 year in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead effectively, inspire teams, and deliver impactful results
  • Proven experience in Field Sales and Distributor management will be highly valued.
  • Results-Oriented A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious targets and driving innovation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in Turkish and strong English skills (written and verbal)
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement effective strategies.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Flexible, resilient, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments while managing change effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and active driving experience.
  • Candidates should be open to and enthusiastic about mobility both within Türkiye and abroad at any stage of their career journey.
