Achieving Targets: Consistently achieve targets in terms of coverage, sales, and numeric distribution
Relationship Building: Drive project sales and dealer sales initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Office to manage priorities,
Performance Meetings: Conduct monthly sales meetings to comprehensively report and update on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
Reporting: Prepare plans and reports accurately and in a timely manner,
Team Management: Adhere & implement company rule, policies, and standard to team.
Customer Development: Develop direct OEM (Furniture manufacturer) relationships and support distributors for small orders.
Networking: Maintain a robust network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.
Qualifications:
Minimum B-Tech, with MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in Sales Managements
Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware preferred.
Preferred:
Saudi/GCC driving license.
Having at least 4 Years Experience in Riyadh
Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Competencies:
Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently.
Ability to sell the brand and increase market share.
Strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, results-oriented, and accountable.
Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics.
Skill in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic & English is must.
