What tasks can you expect?

• Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as generation of sales opportunities through targeted market development within the assigned sales territory
• Systematic support and consulting of the existing customer base
• Independent execution of complex projects from initial contact through to contract conclusion
• Continuous market monitoring and preparation of demand and order forecasts
• Cooperation and knowledge transfer with the manufacturing plants as well as with the internal sales team
• Representation of the company at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical vocational training with qualification as a technician, or a comparable technical degree
• Proven sales experience in the machine tool industry, including knowledge of the Norwegian market
• Comprehensive and up-to-date technical expertise in turning, milling, and automation technologies
• Communicative personality who actively seeks customer contact and confidently represents the company
• Convincing presence and strong negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset and approach, with openness in dealings with customers and business partners
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and solid language skills in Norwegian & English
• Preferably residence within the area of Oslo or willingness to relocate
• Willingness to travel within the regional sales territory
