Job Description

Act as a front-line sales professional responsible for driving business growth in North Poland by identifying, developing, and securing opportunities across end users, distributors, key partners, and key accounts in the industrial PPE sector. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits, customer contact, proactive expectation management, online meetings, and participation in trade shows, seminars, and similar events. Support customer understanding of PIP Global Safety products through product education, technical presentations, and solution selling. Ensure accurate customer, pipeline, activity, and opportunity tracking through the CRM system, while also providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and forecast input to support the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the assigned North Poland territory and deliver sales targets for revenue, margin, product mix, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Identify, prospect, and win new key accounts, end users, key partners, and distributors in the industrial PPE sector.
  • Leverage an existing and reliable end-user network in the industrial sector to develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Visit end users and key partners / distributors regularly, conduct field meetings, and maintain strong customer contact.
  • Conduct online meetings via Microsoft Teams and manage customer expectations to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and execute account plans to increase sales revenue in line with customer growth targets and commercial priorities.
  • Develop existing key end users and distributors, and drive brand preference with end users.
  • Coordinate and/or attend trade shows, customer events, seminars, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Manage campaigns and maintain accurate customer, pipeline, activity, opportunity, and reporting data in the CRM system.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and contract negotiations in alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate and manage pricing with end users and internal functional groups.
  • Coordinate supply chain topics within the matrix organization and contribute reliable sales forecast and demand input to the SIOP process.
  • Provide competitive intelligence, market trends, pricing insights, and customer needs feedback to support business decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with customer service, product management, marketing, finance, supply chain/SIOP, pricing, and sales leadership to ensure strong execution

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales representative / B2B sales experience in a similar role within an industrial environment; PPE experience is a strong advantage.
  • Existing end-user network at key accounts in the industrial sector.
  • Solid understanding of key sales principles, consultative selling, key account management, pipeline management, and territory development.
  • Experience working with distributors and end users, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, energy, construction, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work with limited direction, prioritize effectively, and manage a remote territory with high personal accountability.
  • Ability to influence customers and stakeholders across a broader organization while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of CRM tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Commercial acumen, resilience, initiative, customer focus, and strong understanding of the PIP Global Safety value proposition and competitive landscape.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
