You lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.

How you will contribute

You will:

1. Deliver targets

  • Accountable for delivering area revenue and volume targets in Hyper/Super and Mini/convenience stores by ensuring deployment of sales plan as aligned with Operation Sales Manager
  • Responsible for setting area priorities & Cascade business targets to sales force to deliver high quality coverage & in store execution
  • Identify business opportunities & manage Customer feedbacks
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet targets, while conducting performance evaluations. Mondelez International Internal
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-efficient strategies to maintain profitability.

2. Customer Management

  • Foster relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, secure shelf space, and lead promotional activities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, track competitors
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and ensure excellent customer service.

3. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Key Account Manager for the category input, promotion plan and with marketing for the customer/channel plan
  • Exploring customer business opportunities and engaging with Marketing plan to tie up brand activities into customer theme based promotion to achieve the best business results.

What you will bring

  • University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage
  • FMCG field experience with at least 2 years in the MT channel as ASM/KAM
  • Have strong logical thinking mindset, good relationship management skills
