Your Contribution to Success

• Drive growth and margin expansion of our digital portfolio, including Spark Clear Aligners, as well as our traditional Bracket & Wire solutions.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with existing customers and passionately acquire new business.
• Inspire doctors, orthodontists, and practice staff through your expertise while staying at the forefront of industry trends.
• Organize engaging events and webinars to stimulate customer demand.
• Develop sales strategies, analyze the market, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to product management and systematically manage sales opportunities using CRM tools.

Job Requirements:

Key Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a qualification as a Dental Technician with business expertise, or a proven track record as a successful sales professional.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in dental technology, medical devices, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively in a less structured environment.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• High willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a self-driven work style and strong team spirit.
• Digital mindset and the ability to support customers on their journey toward digitalization.
