Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for Medium and Low Voltage products.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities, OEMs, and construction sectors.

  • Lead customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to strengthen market presence.

  • Drive demand creation by engaging consultants, specifiers, and engineering firms.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with decision‑makers and procurement teams.

  • Oversee contract negotiations, forecasting, and project follow‑up activities.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of MV/LV technologies and market trends.

  • Collaborate across marketing, engineering, operations, and channel partners to deliver results.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in MV/LV, T&D, industrial, construction, or utility environments.

  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, and substation equipment.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel 30%–50% within the Mid‑Atlantic region.
