Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for Medium and Low Voltage products.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities, OEMs, and construction sectors.
Lead customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to strengthen market presence.
Drive demand creation by engaging consultants, specifiers, and engineering firms.
Build and manage strategic relationships with decision‑makers and procurement teams.
Oversee contract negotiations, forecasting, and project follow‑up activities.
Maintain expert knowledge of MV/LV technologies and market trends.
Collaborate across marketing, engineering, operations, and channel partners to deliver results.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of sales or business development experience in MV/LV, T&D, industrial, construction, or utility environments.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution, power systems, and substation equipment.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 30%–50% within the Mid‑Atlantic region.
