They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive territory performance, revenue growth, and execution of sales strategy As the leader of a distributed team, you will oversee and manage goal attainment for up to 12 field and inside sales representatives throughout the USYou will use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, engage veterinary professionals, and provide coaching to empower your team to hit sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in outside sales within the veterinary industry, including meeting with customers in-person, conducting sales presentations, and representing the company at industry events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with different types of accounts
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, plan in-person sales visits, and collaborate with inside sales counterparts and the VP
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM systems
