Generate new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory. Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, installers and other channel partners. Meet architects, builders, industries, commercial establishments and institutional customers to promote solar solutions. Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert them into business. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners. Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing to provide market intelligence. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports and sales forecasts. Participate in exhibitions, trade events and promotional activities as required. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales preferred. Strong knowledge of solar products and the local market. Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned area. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
