SALES MANAGER - FOOD SOLUTION AREA
We are now looking for our new Area Sales Manager within the Food Solution Area who will take ownership of the territory, grow our business through our expanding partner network, and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the southwest region of Sweden.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Deliver sales targets and drive profitable growth in the area by leveraging partners and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including customers, consultants, food service managers, and partners to increase our share of wallet.
  • Own and manage the sales budget, ensuring strong performance in both volume and value.
  • Drive effective customer relationship management by connecting end customers and partners with the company.
  • Contribute as a collaborative team player to a positive working environment.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B environments, including indirect sales, distribution networks, and preferably both unit and project sales.

We would like to see that you:

  • have experience working with consultants, installers, distributors, and food service managers is highly valued.
  • bring strong product and market understanding, combined with a proven ability to drive profitable growth and build long-term customer and partner relationship.
  • are a self-starter with high energy, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering results
  • have experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and are proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • fluency in Swedish and English is required, along with a willingness to travel within the territory.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a consultative and structured approach to problem solving. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and credibility.
