Duties and Responsibilities:
New customer acquisition
Building and developing long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers
Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and business development
Leading negotiations with key decision-makers
Maintaining accurate documentation and data in the CRM system
Presenting products and representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses
Project management in close collaboration with application specialists
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector
A clinical/medical background is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows
Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time
Fluent German and good command of English
Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
