1. 负责区域内销售团队的管理，通过高效的执行、过程的监督以及切实可行的行动方案确保公司管理要求、流 程及规章制度执行及公司销售目标的达成；
2. 根据公司的战略方向和目标，合理使用人力、物力资源，协调区域内KA、直营、协分、批发等多渠道的业 务，以求多渠道的发展均衡；
3. 定期与客户/经销商进行业务回顾，了解客户/经销商的需求与发展，确保建立一支高质量的经销商团队并成 功的将之与公司的发展战略相结合；
4. 人员管理行为及结果：确保团队成员在日常业务管理达到公司要求，为团队成员持续地提供辅导/指导，制 定并执行辅导计划，以提高团队的整体水平，及时发现并采取行动解决团队成员在绩效方面的问题，以使团 队成员的绩效表现符合公司期望；
5. 费用控制及合理运用能力：对区域内的各项相关销售费用予以合理分配和控制，确保各类销售费用控制在费 用预算内，对费用运用的真实性、合理性、有效性负责。
Relevant Experience 相关经验：
至少八年以上相当规模合资或独资公司工作经 历，至少二年区域经理级或五年主管级以上工作 经验，具有快速消费品行业销售经验者优先考虑。
