Join us as a Supervisor, Instrument Sales at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll guide and support growth in our laboratory equipment business. In this role, you'll develop and implement sales strategies, build customer relationships, and oversee tender processes to expand our market presence. You'll collaborate with a team of professionals to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through our solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree plus 5 years of experience in sales in Biotech, Life Science, or BioPharma industries, with specific focus on equipment sales
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biotech, or Biomedical
• Relevant industry certifications a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in tender management and submission processes
• Consistent record of meeting sales targets and supporting business growth
• Experience in managing and developing customer and channel partner relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in pipeline management and sales forecasting
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce)
• Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in organizing and facilitating technical and marketing events
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in coordinating with legal and finance teams for contract management
