Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
You will analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit.
You will complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit.
You will develop proposals which fit customers’ true needs and requirements also develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels.
You will find a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations, also maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs.
You will develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
Curiosity and GRIT.
Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.
