Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with 7 to 10 years in sales. The candidate must have a strong FMCG background (preferably in beverages) and expertise in traditional trade. Experience working with drivers and couriers for logistics coordination is essential.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead, train, build and support the sales team to improve productivity.
- Oversee operations and coordinate with drivers and couriers to ensure smooth product deliveries.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with logistics teams to align sales and delivery operations.
- Monitor and optimize the traditional trade network to maximize reach.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance insights.
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Managing sales operations effectively is a must.
