A Brief Overview
The Area Sales Lead drives sales and storewide results by delivering a positive customer experience and creating attractive product presentations in designated areas that are well-merchandised, signed accurately, and executed efficiently. This role leads the team in providing excellent customer service and setting product presentations and signage aligned with visual merchandising standards. The Area Sales Lead works collaboratively across selling and operations teams to ensure service, merchandising, and operational excellence and achieve store objectives. This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus eligibility.
