Job Description

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The objective of the Area Sales and Education Executive (ASEE) position is to strategically support the Sephora and Ulta doors in the Southeast region. Theis team member will report into the East Coast Regional Sales Manager and will have direct door responsibility for achieving sales goals in assigned stores by creating strong relationships with Beauty Advisors and leadership teams, conducting effective trainings on new and core skus, executing successful events, and providing consistent sales support. The ASEE will also manage the pool of freelancers in their region, managing their training, schedule, and budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
  • Weekly and monthly business recaps of territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities in the market.
  • Create store specific action plans for the different volumes to achieve sales goals and increase rank in all doors in the territory.
  • Manage freelancer schedule and budgets.
  • Plan store events in store to drive awareness, excitement, and sales.
  • Support strong partnership with retail employees and clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store.
  • Ensure fresh home bays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and in accordance with fresh merchandising standards and communicate any outstanding issues to RSM.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years beauty industry experience required.
  • Working knowledge of in-store retail environment a must.
  • Strong written and communication skills required.
  • Must be strategic and create localized approach to drive business in territory.
  • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to travel within territory.
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required.
  • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
  • Must own a vehicle.
  • Position requires heavy traveling and driving.

This role is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD.
