We’re seeking an Area Sales & Distribution Manager to lead a high-performing sales and distribution team serving Cape Cod, Taunton, Boston, MA markets. Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $66,000–$110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus of up to 20% based on organizational performance. This salary range reflects a variety of factors considered in the hiring process, including but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, and geography. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic proficiency in the use of a personal computer including Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Basic understanding of financial/business requirements. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The ability to effectively present information in group settings to a wide variety of audiences. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation driver eligibility, medical certification requirements, and must possess a valid CDL from state of residence in order to operate a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 labor greater.
