  • Oversee project billing and documentation to ensure timely collections and financial close-out.
  • Foster a culture of 'Zero Incidents' by enforcing all Martin Marietta safety policies and conducting regular site safety audits.
  • Ensure all projects meet environmental standards and regulatory requirements, including necessary permits and data collection for reporting.
  • Identify potential liabilities and risks early in the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary interface for developers, municipal officials, and general contractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure they meet Martin Marietta's standards.
  • Develop positive relationships with the general public and local communities affected by project operations, resolving complaints and inquiries tactfully.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project activities, including daily logs, material tracking, and quality management reports.
