
Area Peripatetic Team Leader
Pay: £15.50 Standard Rate
Hours: 48, 36 & 24 hours per week (12hour shifts)

We are currently recruiting an Area Peripatetic Team Leader to work as part of team supporting individuals with varying needs with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs in the CUMBRIA area. The role will also be providing relief cover across Cumbria from Carlisle to Egremont.

The mixed role of providing hands-on care and coordinating a care team is both challenging and rewarding. As a Team Leader, you will build and maintain strong relationships with the client, their family, the care team, and wider multidisciplinary teams. You will have the opportunity to positively influence the whole team to provide the best outcomes for the client. Helps maintain high-quality, person-centred care and ensures services run smoothly.
Home not hospital will provide you with a plan to progress within the company and or to upskill you to progress within the care field. We will offer a permanent contract, good rate of pay and further training and development as per your PDA suggests.
