The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the APAC rollout and operational implementation of the Red Bull partnership with McDonald’s across APAC markets. The role ensures that global trade marketing frameworks and activation concepts are translated into scalable and executable solutions for markets, enabling a consistent and high-quality implementation of the partnership.
This position acts as a central coordination point between global strategy and local market execution, ensuring that markets are equipped with the right tools, guidelines, and support to successfully launch and grow the McDonald’s business.
GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP ROLL-OUT
Support the rollout of the global Red Bull & McDonald’s partnership across APAC markets.
Coordinate launch preparation across markets, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and timelines.
Track market readiness and support local teams through launch phases.
TRADE MARKETING FRAMEWORKS
Develop and maintain trade marketing toolkits to support market implementation.
Translate global strategy into practical, operational trade marketing guidelines for markets.
Support the development of scalable activation concepts for McDonald’s restaurants.
Ensure trade marketing activations align with both Red Bull and McDonald’s brand guidelines.
Work with internal teams to bring global ideas to life in local markets.
MARKET COORDINATION
Act as a key contact point for local market teams implementing the McDonald’s partnership.
Provide guidance on trade marketing implementation and activation concepts.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across markets.
Ensure consistent execution standards across markets.
+5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
Direct experience working with McDonald’s
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and LSR channel are required
Strategic ability: Can develop specific, valuable, innovative strategies and concepts, while not losing sight of the commercial ‘big picture’
Demonstrate exceptional, planning, project management and presentation skills
Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
Strong analytical, communication & teamwork skills
Management of different stakeholders
Strong appearance, highly sociable and connective.
Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now” attitude, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
University degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
