Minitab - a global leader in data-driven solutions that improve performance, enable innovation, and ensure exceptional quality - is seeking a Marketing Manager, DACH to accelerate growth through demand generation and customer engagement

What You’ll Do

You’ll collaborate closely with global Marketing, regional Sales, Partners and Customer Success teams to plan and deliver data-driven campaigns across digital, event, and content channels Please note that this is an individual contributor role, and you will not be managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for the DACH region, aligning closely with the Global and EMEA objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads, support customer retention and accelerate pipeline.
  • Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, partnerships, webinars, events, earned and social media.
  • Leverage data and automation to optimize performance and track ROI.
  • Act as a regional marketing ambassador, aligning with global brand strategy while tailoring messaging for local markets
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset identify new opportunities, test innovative approaches, and take ownership of impactful activities
  • Champion customer focus, delivering a value-driven proposition that resonates with B2B audiences in manufacturing and service sectors
  • Execute with urgency and accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a marketer with strong proficiency in German and English, proven experience in digital and field marketing, and a passion for translating marketing activity into sales impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (CIM or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven success in product marketing, demand generation, campaign management, performance metrics and customer journey
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills: native or proficient German speaker (CEFR level C2) with strong English proficiency.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive — drives ideas from concept to execution.
