Area Manager | WA
Nude Lucy is looking for a passionate Area Manager to shape the future of our brand in Western Australia!
Known for clean lines, timeless silhouettes, and elevated essentials, Nude Lucy has become a cult-favourite for those who value quality, effortless style, and mindful fashion. We are on the hunt for an experienced and inspiring Area Manager to lead with purpose and embody the Nude Lucy ethos in everything they do.
About the Role:
As the Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our Nude Lucy footprint in the Queensland. You’ll lead from the front — cultivating an elevated customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a passionate team who live and breathe the brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique-style brand within a dynamic retail group, with a growing portfolio of stores across the country, it's a very exciting time to join the Nude Lucy Business.
Skills & Experience:
• Experience in Area retail management with a portfolio of 6 stores between Sunshine Coast & Brisbane A love for minimalist styling and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiences
• Strong people leadership skills — you’re a coach, motivator, and mentor
• High attention to detail with a natural flair for visual presentation
• Confidence in managing store operations, financial reporting, and performance KPIs
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills
• Agility and flexibility – as we know each day is different and throws different challenges your way
• Car – transport as you will be required to visit all Nude Lucy stores across the Gold Coast

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire and manage your team to deliver exceptional service and store standards
• Coach and develop your team to achieve individual and store KPIs
• Drive daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
• Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency
• Uphold a safe and positive working environment, following all workplace health & safety guidelines
• Champion a culture of accountability, growth, and creativity
