Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.Great Atmosphere! Area Managers pay starts at $25 ph and up, Depending on salon count. Monthly bonuses as well! (Must have a valid WA State Cosmetology or barber's license.) Previous Management experience a must.
