Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.Great Atmosphere! Flexible Schedules! 401(k), Paid Sick Leave for all employees. Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth, Paid Time Off, Travel Incentive, and Holiday Pay! Area Managers pay starts at $25 ph and up, Depending on salon count. Monthly bonuses as well! Productivity, Retail Commission, Customer Return Bonuses and GREAT Tips (stylists average between $6-18/hour in tips & bonuses)! Be a part of a GREAT Franchise! (Must have a valid WA State Cosmetology or barber's license.) Previous Management experience a must.
