Opportunity

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.

We are looking for an experienced, licensed cosmetologist to oversee three salons, in Shorewood, Fond du Lac, and Oshkosh. Must have prior management experience, be willing to travel between salons, cut hair as a role model in each of the salons as needed, work directly with the management team, and be able to communicate effectively. Pay is $20 per hour plus performance based bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for travel. Benefits include 401k with a 6% match, PTO, paid holidays, take home tips daily, and health benefits plan. • Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
  • Commitment to collaboration and accountability with a focus on proactively seeking solutions to challenges
