Wohlstand Security is seeking a highly disciplined and operationally driven Area Manager / Project Manager to oversee security operations, executive protection projects, and field coordination in Tegucigalpa and Roatán. This role requires tactical leadership, operational planning capabilities, and the ability to manage high-level security environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven military command or operational leadership experience

• Strong background in executive protection and security operations

• Excellent physical condition and operational readiness

• Experience managing teams, projects, or tactical deployments

• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency preferred

• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills

• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic operational environments

• Willingness to travel between Tegucigalpa and Roatán

• Valid driver’s license and clean professional record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Former Honduran Naval Officer

• Boat handling and maritime operations experience

• Drone operation and surveillance skills

• Academic degree in Security, Operations, Management, or related field

• Background in special forces or elite military units

• Experience coordinating VIP operations or high-profile events

• Tactical planning and risk assessment experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise operational security projects and field activities

• Coordinate executive protection assignments and VIP logistics

• Lead and evaluate operational teams and supervisors

• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and safety standards

• Conduct risk assessments and operational planning

• Coordinate maritime or drone-supported operations when required

• Prepare operational reports and strategic updates for leadership

• Maintain professional interaction with high-profile clients and stakeholders

• Support recruitment, training, and development of security personnel
