We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Clinic Area Manager to lead operational excellence across our Queensland sites. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day clinic operations across multiple sites, maintaining high standards and strong team performance.
• Monitor workflows, service quality, and productivity — stepping in early when standards slip.
• Drive commercial outcomes including appointment growth, outreach activity, and patient reactivation.
• Respond rapidly to staffing gaps, sick calls, or operational issues to maintain clinic stability.
• Conduct compliance checks including informed consent audits, call quality reviews, and adherence to procedures.
• Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and fortnightly structured development sessions.
• Support rollout of new processes, ensuring consistent adoption across all clinics.
• Provide weekly written performance reports and daily Slack targets to keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Respond to Google reviews and manage patient feedback themes.
• Assist with rosters, timesheets, and general clinic administration as required.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in multi‑site operations, clinic management, retail leadership, or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• A commercial mindset — you understand KPIs, performance levers, and how to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, correct, and uplift team performance.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance and process.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and respond quickly to operational needs.
• A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel between clinics is essential).
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust with frontline teams.
