The Area Manager will align with the company mission, vision, and values, and work individually within their assigned territory to build relationships with referral sources and generate qualified prospects for AccordCare that will result in meeting branch admission goals. Area Specialist will document their business development activities through AccordCare’s customer relationship management system. Area Specialist work with branch director and area business development leadership to ensure their admission targets are met using KPI’s as a guide.
