• Grade: 12. Retail or Business-related Degree / Diploma (Advantageous).
• 8+ Years of retail experience.
• 5 + years of store management experience.
• Demonstrate a Retail trading mentality
• Strong leadership skills.
• High analytical ability with strong numeracy skills.
• Employee-centric (proven track record of this).
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail.
