A
District Manager/Area Manager supervises and oversees
the
operations of
retail
store branches
within a
certain
region
and collaborates
with the Retail Operations
Manager to
set
goals
such as
sales estimates
and
revenue projections

ensuring that marketing
efforts are consistent across each store
.
General Responsibilities:
- Act
as
a
liaison
between the
headquarters and the
area's
branches
by making
regular
visits and
interacting with
management.
- Ensure
that all business
operations are
done
in
accordance
with company standards
.
- Setting regional goals
such
as sales estimates and revenue projections
(KPI involving
Sales
Target, ATV, UPT, ASP
,
Footfall,
and
Conversion
Rate
)
.
- Ensuring that
marketing
efforts
are
consistent
across
each
store.
- Coordinate with reports and make recommendations
to
senior management to grow market share
improve customer experience and drive growth
.
- Ensure that each store
delivers
value
and excellence
to the
clients.
- Apply innovative
approaches and
techniques
to
keep updated with competition
.
