As an Area Manager for E& J (Eville & Jones) you will be responsible for the service delivery within a defined geographical area (Birmingham & Northern Ireland) by providing leadership and management of Lead Official Veterinarians/Technical Managers/Operations Managers to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of Corporate Objectives and to ensure the delivery of E&J contractual requirements to all customers.
As your area will include Northern Ireland there will be a requirement to travel over to Northern Ireland on occasions.
We are looking for an individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who will roll their sleeves up to support the delivery of services to a variety of customers. Someone that has an eye for process improvement who can take a step back and see where improvements can be made and influence the delivery of those improvements.
This role, therefore, requires a strong professional with experience in management. This role would suit somebody with previous experience in Management. The person who will fit with us will be down to earth, resilient, delivery-focused, fast-paced with an ability to work autonomously to drive change forward and balance the ongoing demand for delivery of quality service.
