Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Area Manager, wanting to lead and develop our store network in Belgium & Luxembourg

What we are looking for?

As an Area Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and KPIs as well as for developing the stores in the assigned area. You will act as a coach for the team, setting targets, delegating responsibilities and supporting their personal and professional growth, with the aim of promoting brand development and maximizing sales.

Requirements

You are the perfect match for us if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of proven experience managing 2 or more stores, mostly in Premium Menswear Retail

  • Have experience in coaching and developing teams

  • Are a natural Leader, always highly motivated and leading by example

  • Drive the team to achieve personal and store targets (KPIs)

  • Have planning and time management skills

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Are flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Are fluent in English and local language, other languages are more than welcome
