Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Growth & Market Development: Achieve territory sales and profitability targets, increase market share, identify new business opportunities, and improve enquiry-to-order conversion.
• Dealer & Channel Management: Develop and strengthen dealer networks, drive dealer performance, ensure inventory availability, and support channel capability building.
• Customer & Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key accounts to generate repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead & Enquiry Management: Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of enquiries, track sales opportunities, and leverage digital tools for effective lead management.
• Territory Operations & Governance: Maintain territory discipline, address channel conflicts, ensure adherence to company policies, and support efficient business operations.
• Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Brand Building & Demand Generation: Execute local marketing initiatives, dealer-led promotional activities, customer meets, and market development programs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dealers, service teams, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer support and business growth.

Experience

Engineering graduate with about 4 to 7 years’ experience / Diploma holder with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience

Industry Preferred
