🚀 Area Manager – Brisbane North

Multi-Site Retail Leadership | Technology with Heart | Lead from the Front

We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Greater Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys developing people and knows how to turn great leadership into strong results. You’ll work closely with Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers, providing the coaching, direction and support they need to help their teams and stores succeed.

📍 Your Region

Your current portfolio includes:

Chermside | North Lakes (2 locations) | Capalaba | Carindale | Indooroopilly | Morayfield | Kawana | Sunshine Plaza

Regular travel between stores is an important part of the role. Your portfolio may evolve as PTC continues to grow and new opportunities arise.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As Area Manager, you’ll be the connection between our broader business strategy and what happens in our stores every day.

You’ll:

• Coach and develop Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers to achieve strong team and commercial results
• Set clear performance expectations and support team development through regular coaching and Success Development Plans (SDPs)
• Maintain a strong in-store presence, providing hands-on leadership and support where it matters most
• Drive consistent customer experiences, operational standards and visual excellence across your region
• Use performance insights and store data to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making
• Activate Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives to strengthen community connections and drive store performance
• Champion PTC’s culture and create a connected, high-performing team across your region

👤 What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced retail leader who understands that strong business results start with great people.

You’ll bring:

• Multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally within technology, telecommunications, services or a similar fast-paced retail environment
• Strong coaching skills and a genuine passion for developing people
• Commercial awareness and confidence using data to understand and improve performance
• The ability to set clear expectations while supporting and empowering your teams
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
• A resilient and adaptable approach to leadership
• The flexibility to travel regularly throughout the region
• A willingness to be hands-on and lead from the front when your teams need you

Experience within device repairs or technology is an advantage, but your ability to lead, learn and develop others is what matters most.
